Meriton Associates was founded in 2015 with a clear purpose: to provide a values-driven, relationship-led recruitment service to the built environment. Over the years, we’ve grown by staying true to those foundations - understanding our clients, supporting their long term goals and delivering a service built on trust, transparency and genuine partnership.Our work has always centred around helping businesses grow through people. As our client relationships have deepened, many organisations have asked for support beyond recruitment - guidance on commercial structure, business development activity and the processes that underpin successful teams. In response, Meriton Associates has evolved.
Today, alongside our specialist recruitment offering, we also provide commercial consultancy and business development advisory services to clients across the built environment. This extension of our business reflects what many organisations need: not only the right individuals, but the right frameworks, processes and commercial direction to help those individuals succeed.

PETER MERRITT
PETER MERRITT
Pete is the founder of Meriton Associates Ltd and has over 20 years of experience in executive search, account management, permanent and freelance recruitment
across the built environment.
He specialises in white collar appointments from middle management through to executive board level, working with blue chip organisations and privately owned
construction, civil engineering and residential businesses.
He started his recruitment career in 2000 with a PLC business working his way up to Senior Management before joining an independent business specialising in
executive search. Following this he was a Divisional Manager responsible for the southern operation recruiting for contractors, developers, building services
consultants, surveying practices.

CARLI MERRITT
CARLI MERRITT
After completing a degree in English Literature, Carli worked for a PLC construction recruitment business for 7
years where she managed and implemented the administration function.
She then trained as a primary school teacher and has worked in education since 2005. In 2017, she started working for
Meriton Associates Ltd as well as continuing a part-time role in education.
Carli enjoys running, playing tennis and reading, when her family and dog aren’t keeping her too busy!
